酒店不错 设施环境很好满意。但艺龙的服务确实不敢恭维，订单要求一定要住双床房，但是在没有本人同意的情况下改成大床房。打电话给客服居然说是不能取消，而且不想办法帮助解决。只是一味强调不能取消。最后自己打电话去酒店换了房。

哎真是让我很失望，来版纳第二天住这个酒店，本想带泳池的花园套房让我很惊喜，结果下水后好冷，水不恒温，房间虫子很多，脚被叮了两大个包，什么好心情都没有了。办理入住等了25分钟，我前面就一个人都等了那么长时间，办好后不能住说时间太早才12点40.还没打扫出来，让3点半以后再来。1千多的房间几天这样服务，觉得不值！
