这个酒店服务还好，但是提前两天定的池畔房因有事不能入住跟艺龙协商可退但酒店不给退，最后艺龙协调推后3天可以，餐厅

环境美 空气好 看见各种漂亮的蝴蝶 酒店服务非常好 订的是送门票的房间 结果想订的那天满房 只能住植物园外面 第二天本打算一早问了门票先玩 下午再办入住 没想到酒店不光特意来植物园门口接我们 还直接给办了入住 真是美好得让人充满惊喜 第二天走的时候因为退完房逛到下午才去取行李 又非常不好意思的接受了开车送我们到植物园门口的好意 酒店善解人意的美女前台和两次接送我们的司机小哥都实在是太贴心了 感谢！下次还来！

很不错，服务热情，餐饮可口，环境优雅安静。唯一不足是床略硬。不过在景区里，性价比已经很不错了。加油，不要涨价呦。
