现在这个酒店整体服务态度和意识都很差劲，除了床单，其它地方脏兮兮的，连上一个住客留得垃圾都打扫不干净。前台态度死板，说话忽悠人，欠我的餐票说当时没有，稍后给我送去，说话就像**，说完就忘，让我半夜又下来拿第二天早晨的餐票。这其实体现了现在的酒店管理混乱，意识差劲。除了能看见西湖公园的湖水美景，其他都很一般。（备注:我在艾美西湖住了多次了，跨度可达两年）
