这是追加的评论，去年总体还行。但2017年总体质量下滑严重，比如卫生，服务。估计是这个酒店老板太扣舍不得开工资，员工工作积极性不高，害苦了我们这些消费者。不过消费者会用脚投票

卫生状况令人堪忧，体毛随处可见，地板上，床头柜，小孩在地上跑我都嫌脏，打电话叫总台派人简单打扫一下，总台承诺了两次但是不见人来打扫，说话也不如去年好听。能看到西湖公园令人心旷神怡，卫生和服务比较差劲令人鄙视。
