带老人度假，住智能大床房，一进酒店就感受到服务人员的热情，施大姐不但帮我们把行李箱送到房间，还体贴入微的主动帮我们解决了加被子、加人早餐优惠等问题，介绍酒店设施情况也很耐心，真的很感谢她。酒店就在景区里，虽然硬件设施老旧了，但服务质量很好，因为清明节假期入住，酒店每天都送鲜花和水果小吃，房间冰箱里的饮料也都是免费的！我们遇到的每个服务人员都会热情打招呼，结账时前台杜大庭和杨馥豪不但快速帮我办完手续，主动问我是否开车来的，给了我免费停车卡，还很耐心的回答我咨询的问题。再说说其他感受，酒店早餐品种较全，中西兼顾，个人感觉算中等偏上吧。酒店就在小南湖景区里，环境好到爆，有免费停车场，酒店景区里还可租共享汽车和自行车，游云龙湖周边各景点都十分方便，酒店与徐州有名的南湖水街（相当于北京的后海酒吧街）在一起，吃饭也很方便，住凯莱虽然房间价格高，但物有所值。在酒店的餐厅吃了两顿晚饭，口味、价格和服务也都不错。总之很喜欢这个酒店，很喜欢云龙湖风景区，下次还会再来的。
