非常舒适贴心的一次入住，没有例行公事的感觉。房间很大，浴室更大，还有一个大大的阳台可以看到公园。吃过早餐和午餐味道都很不错，每个工作人员都很友善很尽心尽力。每天的宵夜都不重样很温暖让我都很期待。小细节上的暖心处理让我为家乡有这样好的酒店而开心呢。以后回去每次都会入住的。

非常有品位的一家酒店，远离市区的喧闹，在公园的山顶处，周围一片林荫，天然氧吧。餐饮服务都很到位，房间整洁干净，硬件设施非常用心且质量很好，是一家真心特别值得推荐的酒店！

环境很好，夜宵也很棒，感觉不像是酒店，面积不大，更像是家一样，接待我的前台员工william zhou很负责任，帮忙拿行李，介绍房间，早餐夜宵统统都给介绍一遍，很好，再接再厉。

预订的时候没抱太大的希望甚至做好了思想准备…但真的是出乎意料。酒店在公园里山上，很好找，离高铁站很近，环境不错还有一个湖，入住的时候送了每人一个小书包，晚饭一荤一素一面，四个人全部光盘，夜宵还送了蒸鸡蛋，孩子们很喜欢全部吃光光！早餐是点餐的，避免了自助不必要的浪费。值得一提的是，因为节假日打不到出租车，前台美女阿姨很热情地用自己的奥迪000送我们去了高铁站。就冲着这服务也必须要推荐！下次来徐州绝对选择这里！
