酒店还是很不错的，地理位置，周边吃饭，购物和出行都很方便，大堂在42楼，安排了住56楼可以俯视徐州市区，这次有个小瑕疵，预订了含早，入住时前台也确认了有，可是今天去吃早餐却被告知没有，最后还是去前台确认后才有，这种内部的沟通错误对于这种级别的酒店应该不会出现，一天的心情从早上就不好了

入住时，办理了半小时，前台态度生硬，还办了张不能用的卡。上午十点服务人员敲门问续住吗？可能是想来打扫卫生。影响体验。很久住店都没有这种了，最多到快退房时间打个电话过来问下。离退房还有两小时，感觉想赶人的意思。

第二次入住凯悦了就喜欢高层的俯视感，办理入住的小姐姐忘记问名字，免费给升级了套房，尤其是房间号码有心了🥰，下次过来出差依旧是不二选择。位置在市中心购物吃饭又方便，尤其是外卖都点得到，超棒！

凯悦酒店算是徐州市最好的酒店了，酒店非常干净，住着也舒服放心。楼下就是苏宁广场，对面就是金鹰，购物，吃饭都太方便了，还能俯瞰徐州的全景。特别表扬一下，前台张消彤小姐姐，免费给升了个套房，简直不要太棒，服务特别热情，有问必答，让我对酒店好感大大提升，下次入住还会继续找张消彤小姐姐的，太可爱了！
