离南湖和云龙山都很近，周边环境很好，酒店服务生态度很好，看到我父亲行动不便，主动提供轮椅。但是入住时没有要求都等记身份证，每个房间也只给了一张早餐券，搞得九点半准备休息的时候还接到电话要不登记身份证，第二天也为了早餐券的问题多跑了一趟前台，希望九点多为客人考虑，把工作都做在前面。住圆融楼是冲着游泳池去的，可惜开放时间是中午12点到晚八点，跟我们的行程冲突了，可惜，特意去看了下，池子还是很不错的，水温适中，但是这个天可能不适合小孩

酒店位子不错，大堂吧的收费龙井就三两片茶叶，倒出来的开水是浑的，顿时没有了食欲。客房房间的布草有点破旧，和园林式的花园有点不符，房间的隔音是无法恭维，开着电视能听到走廊和隔壁房间的对话，无语。。。。。唯一欣慰的是行李员的服务还是可以滴。

酒店位于云龙湖东隔壁，紧靠三环南路，去高铁站走高架非常方便快捷，原来是市属招待场所，服务人员整体素质高，酒店分两个楼，前后楼错开有走廊贯通，房间较大，干净卫生，尤其是这次住的圆融楼，卫生间很大，里面是淋浴和浴盆分开，中间是洗漱，很合理且不影响两人同时使用。酒店隔音尚好，过道用了静音式地毯，晚上即使有人走过也不会干扰到房间里。预订的礼包有包含早餐，而且还能延迟退房到下午3点钟，因此总体感觉这个价位虽高了点然而却是很值的。
