我是预付2天房费， 结果遇到2个问题：
1. 第二天开不了房间门， 只给我开1天钥匙。
2. 第二天晚上23点， 我们已经入睡， 来电话， 问我们第二天房费是否付了。 说付了。 一会， 服务员来敲门， 说“女士对不起， 你房费付了几天？女士对不起， 是他们让我问的”。
离店时前天承认搞错了， “女士对不起”。 态度很好。

酒店位置比较好，距离云龙湖比.山庄占地约5万平方米,为中国园林式建筑,古色古香.店内树茂竹秀,绿坪如茵,景致典雅秀丽.深厚的人文底蕴,凝练的园林精华,卓绝的生活品位在这里悄然融合,深深浸润中西文化的不同韵味.较近，步行10分钟就到湖了，周边有几家餐馆的菜味道不错，距离彭祖园也很近。
