因为家里老人生病特殊情况.没来得及去住，打电话给酒店想协商一下退房退半价房费，酒店又让打电话给艺龙客服说艺龙同意才行，打给客服又说让打电话给酒店说酒店同意才行。又打给酒店商量，说会想办法解决，结果最后告诉我没办法。就不说退不退房费，这种互相推脱的行为，不作为的行为让人不敢苟同
