辣鸡酒店，第一次去的时候没有大床房给我免费升级了，接下来就不愿意给升级，任何一家四星酒店都可以在没有预定房间的前提下升级房间，然而皇冠的大堂经理魏存立就是这么牛逼，就是不给你升，用户开车几十公里感到酒店没有拿到预想的房间，车费谁来出，我在需求立写的很明白要大床房，到了酒店就让我花钱升级！我住这么多次皇冠，徐州的服务可以说是最垃圾的！
