酒店里牙刷只有一只，退房时说黄色拖鞋15元一双，蓝色拖鞋才免费，而黄色拖鞋并没有明确标明是收费项目，马桶垫3元每只也另行收费，同样没有标明，作为你们同程里搜索出来的四星级酒店，连拖鞋和马桶垫都要另行收费，我不知道这个酒店的服务水准在哪里？如果真要收费酒店完全可以明确标明，或者在房间里把所有收费项目放在一个清楚的地方。而不是结账时才说这个收费那个收费的，感觉掉到坑里的感觉，体验很差。
