网上预订匆忙，酒店前台小伙子先帮忙处理好订单，顺利入住。酒店很宽敞，一大早能看到太阳。吕桂芹大姐打扫地很干净，还帮忙调了下空调制暖模式，并多给了2瓶水，人很好。恰逢圣诞节，酒店免费赠送平安果，棒棒棒。另外，1楼即是机场大巴出发点（20元一位，70分钟抵达机场，2019年1月1日实行新的发车时间请提前确认）；酒店后面有个广场式公园，距离淮海战役英雄纪念馆很近，适合喜爱历史、艺术（碑林书法等）的朋友去逛。总体上很好。

入住时询问过前台早餐的事情，前台说直接去吃，早上去的时候餐厅说孩子需要另外支付费用。而且素质差的不是一点点。
房间卫生差，设施差，床垫质量很差。
从房间走到电梯需要3分钟，等电梯需要5分钟。
另外艺龙客服50726对于我的投诉也是搪塞敷衍。
