第一：酒店在一个陡坡上，楼梯比较陡，携带婴儿车不方便！酒店内只有个滑滑梯没什么孩子玩的地方！酒店两层楼，没电梯.房间内卫生情况一般，杯子居然都忘记换，墙壁有生霉漏水的地方.码头有污迹没清理，浴室地漏漏水不畅！亲子酒店连孩子的拖鞋都没有！酒店没有停车场，与景区共用，收费15元.酒店大堂与酒店还有一段距离！房间内就墙壁和台灯有点童趣.第二，服务态度不管是大堂还是酒店，都不行，不专业，孩子在睡觉，服务员在房间里大声大声说话还大声喊外面的服务员！第三，早餐简单，菜品不多，味道不怎么样！

舒适别墅其实就是闹心别墅，好像一个森林公园，到处发霉，房间还长草，一辈子最闹心的一次住宿，坑人啊

服务员好心的叫我们进房间第一件事就是把电热毯打开，6月底的天气，不是为了取暖，而是去潮气。酒店整体不错，孩子很喜欢动物主题，停车也方便。但由于在山上，吃的不太好，所谓的美食广场，一碗面18元，要不就是去周围农家乐吃，反正最后我选择开车到山下村子里吃的

这个酒店就是原来的碧峰峡大酒店改造以后的，在景区还行，和市区里面的差距不小，若带娃娃又要住景区相对来还是不错的！

酒店的装修充满了童趣，房间很大豪华房间有一个很大的客厅非常适合一大家人或者是朋友聚会。晚上还有免费参加的篝火晚会
