四点到的匆匆放了行李就去动物园，回来准备入住的时候发现这一千多的房简直没法住，简直不能更原生态了，让酒店退房还不给退，说网上订的不能退，携程的人工服务也无人接听，不说了明天直接12315

碧峰峡动物园外最好的酒店了，早餐太一般，前台和餐厅离酒店房间也远。不过酒店环境还算不错。

酒店就在景区门口，非常方便，房间很温馨，很干净，标间的床也很大。周六晚上美食广场有表演节目活动，大家都可以参与，很不错。早餐在售票大厅的楼上，早餐品种不是很多。不足的是浴室里的帕子有一条是坏的，酒店都没有人及时更换，晚上的热水温度太低了，洗澡都会感冒的，希望酒店可以把水温调高一些。
