整体环境不错，包括周边和房间内部，房间很大还带阳台，到了晚上10点后跳锅庄的结束就很安静了，毕竟是在山上。缺点也有，比如房间隔音差，能比较清楚听到隔壁声音; 温泉全是露天，客人得在房间换好衣服走大概100米才能到温泉区，大冬天的话就不太方便;客服的服务态度也不算热情。作为应该是雅安最好的酒店，总会来说勉强达到4星标准。

房间宽敞，周边环境可以，但是温泉实在不好，只开了几个池子，大部分温度偏低，而且离房间远，容易感冒，不推荐，比起峨眉山的温泉差了十万八千里，价格却不菲

四层楼，没有升降梯，推婴儿车不方便。设施陈旧，还敢卖这么贵～ 感觉被大堂的外表欺骗了😓

去周公山泡汤选楠水阁是明智的，房间中央空调很暖和，不管从园林及酒店硬件设施甩其它酒店几大街，早餐丰盛，特别抄手好吃。汤池开放了10多个，晚上泡汤人多些，住一晚第二早包场泡，舒服。。。家人都非常满意。。
