客观地说说感受吧。
1.酒店大堂看起来还是挺大气，但空无一人，很冷清。甚至是前台只有一人在，服务态度和专业性毫无
2.下午到了房间，因为当天挺冷的，空调打开是冷风，便给前台打电话询问空调问题，得知白天不开空调主机，为了省电。震惊了，看起来挺大的酒店居然这种操作，可见客人的需求在经营者的理念里根本不重要。并且第二天醒来，空调又吹得冷风了
3.设备设施极其老化，全屋找不到拖鞋。所有灯光控制器都是坏的，包括窗户都是坏的。
只能说，凉凉，失望

我一个女孩子，晚上给前台说没有热水，他给我叫个大男人上来给我处理，说话还很凶。服务态度真的很差，连个卡套都没有，就一张房卡。
