芦山最好的酒店了，房间比较大，早餐单一，九点半结束的早餐九点十几分去已经很多都凉了。星级酒店的服务还是有待提高。地下停车场有积水，比较脏，没有电梯上楼。整体感觉还可以吧，

酒店环境好，顺路有停车场，工作人员服务热情，工作认真负责。我们同行人的东西忘在酒店了，工作人员及时联系我，核实无误后为我们保存了几天，带我们旅游结束后联系她们，还给我们寄回，非常感谢金丝楠酒店的工作人员，遇见你们太棒啦！

酒店总的格局是按4星标准设计，大堂，楼层，装饰，器具，用品按4星匹配。芦山县冠以乌木之乡，金丝楠应此而名，这家酒店在芦山县算较好的。
