该酒店从前台服务人员到楼层管理人员，服务态度不好。房间门锁有问题，不是积极去解决，而是让客人在走廊等候。工作责任心差，走廊内烟味十足，无人问，更无人管。整体不够四星级酒店。
强烈不推荐各位入住。
