非常差的感觉，房间异常的吵，车声，卡拉OK声，一直到午夜后才能睡觉，房间一进去就已经有个臭味。最反感的就是订了两间房，只能给不同的楼层，老人家电视机和空调都不懂的弄，电梯又很拥堵。停车场更麻烦，要车入电梯，位置非常的窄，以后都不会再来！

房间太大的油烟味，总体来说还可以，结账时服务员态度非常不好，也没问用什么方式结账，直接从押金里扣除，我说刷卡还不同意，在我强烈要求下才同意，而且态度非常差

这个酒店很棒，在延安市中心，吃的和去景点都很方便，而且环境很好，尤其是豪华大床房，真的很棒！下次来还住这里
