酒店总体来看还是不错的。只是早餐太差，单买还要¥38；后面是交警支队，早上6点钟便开始操练，影响睡眠啊。

办理入住手续时，已经在前台刷了两天，两间房的预授权2000元，第二天接到前台电话，让支付入住第一天的房费，态度不礼貌，言词逻辑混乱，一会儿说预授权就包含第一天的房费了，一会儿又说让支付第一天的房费。下午3点多回到房间，房间卫生才开始整理。胡乱折腾一气，浴室的垃圾没清理，用完的洗浴液也没添加。房间穿衣镜，镜框变形导致镜子爆裂，客房硬说是人为损坏，让我们赔偿，叫来酒店工程部的鉴定后属镜子热胀冷缩爆裂。205房间使用了付费的矿泉水，硬说是我们房间215消费的，客房管理服务工作极混乱。早餐简陋，9点多用餐几乎吃不到什么。近500元/间/天的房费，硬件一般也将就了，服务还差，真是无语
