从装修到前台服务，应推荐其它旅客入住。但是那个地漏的反出来味道，真令人受不了。更换了另一间也只能好了一点点。目前房价也觉得偏高，在前台问可提供没有电脑的房间，比有电脑的房间便宜85元，但艺龙网便没有提供给会员选这种，为什么呢？？

酒店的床非常舒服，可以看出窗垫非常不错，装修外部感觉象KTV的包厢。卫生打算比较干劲，不足之处是距离景点相对远些，因为延安的出租车是相当难打，而且是我见过卫生情况最糟糕的出租车，前台服务员比较讲原则，不懂得灵活处理问题，感觉服务意识比较缺乏。
