硬件蛮好的，但是硬件的服务好像没跟上，水温不太稳定，下水非常不通畅，也就三分钟左右水都快漫过洗澡隔断的槛。楼下还有广场舞，晚上跳到九十点，早上从6点多就又开始了。蓝牙音响不错，装修还蛮新的，也基本上没味道，卫生打扫也很干净
