硬件蛮好的，但是硬件的服务好像没跟上，水温不太稳定，下水非常不通畅，也就三分钟左右水都快漫过洗澡隔断的槛。楼下还有广场舞，晚上跳到九十点，早上从6点多就又开始了。蓝牙音响不错，装修还蛮新的，也基本上没味道，卫生打扫也很干净

还可以。楼层太低。外界噪音比较多。房间偏小。总体来说还算温馨。有音乐可以听，还蛮舒适。如果之后选择的话，可能会考虑别家。

挺不错，性价比比较高，装修很不错，空调给力，热水水压大给力，关键还有净水器，经过我实地泡茶纯净水水质非常好，经检验18左右，非常优秀，晚上还有赠送银耳汤，值得大力推荐，没有什么缺点，好。
