订了两个大床房，到店房间客满，换成双床和行政大床，房间满意。但退房发生了纠纷，查房大姐说客厅办公桌上的酒店提示牌没有了，让我上楼看下，我上楼说入住时确实没仔细留意办公桌上有没有提示牌，成人不会拿这种无谓的东西走，宝宝一岁根本拿不到桌子上的东西，她居然说：谁知道你们是不是有什么特殊爱好。我没搭理下楼了，前台明事理，说不用负责，他们会处理。

没有纱窗还开窗，晚上被蚊子咬死。空调完全不制冷。盖被子热，不盖被子被蚊子咬。已打死两蚊子，一手臂包。电话上的服务键没用。翻服务本才找到电话。打过去，上来个人摆弄下说好了。过了半小时多，我再打电话没人接了。还是那么的热。今晚算是泡汤了。现在是凌晨两点半。准备看电视到天亮的节奏了。对了，这个大床居然是两张床垫拼一起的，我真的要谢谢你们酒店老小了。我还定了三天，简直找罪受。天亮就退房。什么玩意。705房
