首先我被酒店拒单，携程却显示“预定成功”，手机也收到预定成功的信息，还在第二天的下班时间打电话通知我，而不是提前发个信息给我。携程，你怎么不等到明年再告诉我？？这是高峰期，订房非常不容易。这也是我们为什么提前预定的原因，不正是你们公司的出发点吗？其次，我当时预定是写着房价79，并且我线上交费了，接着携程的客服打电话过来通知房间被拒单，等她去协商，过了十五分钟她又打电话来告诉我，可以入住。我问了是否要多交费，她并没有正面回答我。等我到了宾馆，宾馆前台说加收49，共128元房费。由于我初来乍到，临时也找不到房间了，所以只好加钱入住。事实上，我非常不满意，宾馆加收房费，为什么携程不通知我？这算是欺骗消费者吗？现在，我并不接受任何的携程电话道歉！这是你们工作的失责！
