电梯是最大的问题，公寓一共24层，每层8户，就一部电梯运行，听搞卫生的阿姨说另一部坏了一个多月也没修。运行的电梯也是有病，写着限载14人，实际只能坐10个人，否则报警。里面连风扇也没有，闷死人！所以可以看到高峰期坐一次电梯要等30分钟一点不夸张。一早一晚去沙滩的人多，上午退房的人多，下午入住的人多，加上搞卫生的，一天都是高峰期。我住21楼，爬了四次楼梯，我都不知道自己有这么大潜力！而且楼梯间好多人都在爬楼梯，哈哈，简直是度假的一大奇观！
楼下物价贵的一批，比肩机场。出哪里都不方便，停车还要30一晚。

保利建的公寓，有7，8栋统一出租，服务没有，不过设计环境不错，楼下是食街和小商店，不过没可逛街买手信的地方。去十里银滩方便，早上起床在厕所见到只很大的小强。
