周末以¥460左右一间的价格来说，总体可以给好评，办理入住在P区12栋1楼，15点后办理立刻入住，180°全海景，房间干净。靠近海滩，楼下有吃的。厕所有很浓烈的下水道臭味，电梯只有2台要等很久。

一般，晚上很吵，海滩凌晨1,2点还有人唱歌，床好硬，退房要等好久，管理不到位，停车另外收费，一天30块，就这海景值了

订的是5折限量房，在6楼，楼层不够高，不太爽，相比去年订的伊思德，个人感觉伊思德的房间舒服些，服务员的态度也好些，喜欢去年到那的感觉，因为去年到伊思德中午11点多就可以入住，今年却要等到2点，3点才来搞卫生，周围的环境多了喧哗，在楼下闻到有臭海洋的味道，商业化相比去年浓了很多，还是喜欢去年那种未被过度开发的感觉。
