13楼算高层，海景好。前台设在一间公寓里，讲铺面未装修好，有点简陋。住保利的房间基本一样，就是楼层和卫生问题。大家订时注意是否高层，海景差异大。

订了两个房间，其中一间三床房简直就象杂物房堆了很多杂物不说，墙壁上到处是发霉的痕迹，洗手间湿漉漉，桌子上满是灰尘简直不是人住的，经过投诉之后才答应换过一个双人间，幸好环境还不错，只能说管理真的太差了。

酒店外围环境不错，有无敌大海景但内部管理确实不好，首先电梯时好时坏两个电梯只开放一个而且总关不上门要试好几次才行，再者卫生搞得很差沙发底很多垃圾，房间的床偏硬最离谱的是床单有一大股霉味，床板也发霉了，管理者竟然连这个也不知道，楼道晚上连灯也没有真的很无语了。

家庭房的阳台更大更舒服，比同行的其他海景房更开阔，里面的两间房都是大床房。

春节期间入住，房间电视无法使用，wifi、冰箱可以使用，办理入住是在8栋7楼一个房间里，感觉像接头似的，接待服务态度不错，总体感觉还行，家庭自驾游可以考虑此公寓。希望继续完善各项配套设施。
