前台服务员态度冷冰。电梯超超超慢，早上高峰时期酒店服务员专用一架电梯上下楼，客人只能全挤在一架电梯使用。下楼吃早餐等三趟都坐不了。最后走楼梯从9楼走到1楼。双床房间小得可怜。唯一好的是热水猛啊！舒服！

第一次来，不了解情况定了个情侣房，是楼两边的角，没有阳台房间也很憋屈，服务差的要死晚上回来要套洗漱用品说听不懂直接挂电话再打就不听了！房间不隔音旁边房间关门我的房间像地震一样，早上工作人员打扫卫生搞个对讲机开的很大声，叽哩哇啦的一层楼都听的见吵的根本没法睡觉！如果可以发视频我真想录下来！

酒店干净卫生，服务态度很好，床单也是干净的，有洁癖的朋友也很满意，房间很大，200块的价格就是划算，可以看到侧海景，艺龙酒店订比在店里便宜400多，很满意
