去之前，预定了酒店高级海景双人房，办理入住后，酒店安排给我的是侧海景，与前台询问，告诉我平台平台推送给他们的就是侧海景，当我拿出成功预定高级海景双人房的信息时，酒店前台又将责任推给平台，我与同程取得联系后，同程告诉我我预定的是高级海景双人房，所以酒店不肯安排换房。另外，选择住了两天，第二天出去玩，酒店居然不给打扫房间，晚上回到酒店询问，酒店才提出要打扫卫生，但是回来已经很疲惫了，就没有要求打扫。酒店位置距离大角湾和十里银滩都很不方便，附近也没有什么吃的。之前考虑位置远，稍微安静，结果晚上周围青蛙叫声一片。总体来说，对这次酒店服务不满意，房间也小，如果计划好的话，建议考虑距离景区近的酒店。
