公寓房间不错，但外部配套还未建设好，离海滩较远，车位紧张，刚好遇上大台风，停水停电。。。

在修路，今年不建议去，停车的地方都没有，洗手间小，这次去遇到台风，什么都没玩到，超不开心，酒店服务差，下次不会再选择了

一个还没有建好的小区，周边全是工地，旁边楼房装修的声音此起彼伏。距离海滩很远，虽然很长的海岸线，但可下水游玩的海滩被围得好小一块，设几道关卡收费30元/人，沙滩和海水都偏黑的，是我们去过最糟糕的广东的海滩，强烈不推荐。我们入住当天发展商组织N部大巴的人来看楼，大堂挤满了去看房子的人，我们要上房间要和看楼的人抢电梯，伊思德品牌的公寓不是第一次入住了，当初预定就是冲着一呆的牌子的，但这次入住过程不太愉快，对这个酒管公司的好感大打折扣。

不是说有返还吗！怎么账户里毛钱都没有？房间还可以，就是还没完善好，电梯太少，一层单元太多。早上退房的时候基本上不了电梯。我就是在十多路走路下来的。
