订的海景大床房，到了以后给了一个双床房，而且还说和大床房一样也是1.8米的床，到了双床房以后18楼阳台的玻璃是破的，晚上空调嗡嗡嗡作响，第二又找他们换了一个大床房，但是换房遗留下一双鞋子，第二天退房的时候发现，酒店告知没发现。
