入住很多次了，总体来说酒店不错，停车方便，地下停车场直达酒店大堂，带小孩阳江首选这个酒店了。今次入住需要等房，这方面酒店安排得有点差，2点左右过去，等到3点多才有房，不过前台说房间在搞卫生，这我也能接受的，卫生搞好了自己入住也舒服，不过希望以后酒店方要提前做好这些工作安排，这样才能充分体现你们的服务。入住的房间后来电视看不了，前台马上安排人过来查看了，但是太晚了，更换不了电视，前台后来直接电话沟通我们要不要换房，这方面做得很好，很满意！以后会继续入住这里！也推荐了很多朋友入住这里！

作为亲子酒店来讲还是不错的，室内室外都可以玩。我今天要说的是我在网上预订的时候支付过房费了，入住的时候支付了2000的押金，我老公去退房的时候只退了600，当时我就表示疑惑，我老公说可能要查房后退回，我们就走了，两天后一直没退回，我打电话过去问，酒店说扣房费了，我表示自己已经支付过了，第二天一个私人微信号加我并退还我房费。退房的时候难道不会显示已经支付过房费？而且不知道为什么正常程序的退款为什么是私人微信号。给入住的朋友们提个醒，盯着点退返的押金😄
