房间发霉比较严重，卫生间有尿味，可能是暑假的尾声，来的人比较多，晚点去吃早餐也要排队。在海陵岛算是配套设施最齐全的酒店，虽然日久失修，还是亲子游值得去的地方。

五家人開開心心的來玩！差不多六點才可以進房實在太差了！前台服務員和大堂經理只可以用差評！兩千多元的房間連水果都沒有⋯只可以說洲際最差嘅一間

住這麼多次酒店沒有住過一家又貴又最差的！拿房不見了半天的時間差不多6點才拿到房！房間最貴連水果都沒一個！大堂經理沒有合理的應變方法！前台草草了事！差到一個點

加280升级了海景房，等于是1540的房费，还只能是侧海景，所以这是性价比我只给三星的原因。沙滩外包（酒店跟沙滩之间隔着铁丝网真的很难看！）且不能游泳，傍晚想去沙滩走走，大概六七点钟？就被守在铁丝网旁边的一个人吆喝着不能下去了。酒店虽然圈地不小，可是园林草坪很普通，想拍点漂亮的高大上的背景，对不起没有!最不爽的是入住时问前台，是洲际会员有没有福利？（因为办入住时才想起皇冠假日好像是洲际旗下的）被冷冰冰的告知:不是通过前台或系统订房不享受会员福利。好了回到房间，欢迎水果没有，免费茶包也不够数还是打电话要才补充了几个过来。酒店设施有些年头了，总之这次入住体验很不佳，硬件（设施不新不能下海）软件（服务不热情）都不行，以后不会再来了!

环境棒极了，全海景房，海景一览无余，酒店靠近海滩，很方便到海边玩，很适合全家旅游度假。
