观海位置得天独到，面对180度海景。去海边很近。只是公寓2014年装修至今，已比较阵旧，冰箱坏了，沙摊骑凳也没有，服务比较滞后，希望要多多改进。

房间卫生，你不要有太多幻想，实际与图片相差不是一般的大，很差很差；还有一个是安全，第二天十一点多，还没退房，房间门突然开了，吓了女朋友一跳，看到有人马上又关门，我就追出去看，是酒店的员工，一个男的，说以为我们退房了！全程没有一句道歉！所以，无论是安全、卫生，这家不值得你考虑！最后一句，海很美

不错，最主要是离海边近，方便逛逛。空气也很好，水也挺干净的。在阳台也可以吹到凉凉的海风。真心不错的。

可能是春季的原因，有点潮湿的味道，床有蚊帐支架却没有蚊帐，换了几个房都还是没有，我和朋友的房间却是有的！
