2012年春节曾在此公寓住过，2014年又曾入住该公寓，均满意！本次订房并付款后2次电联该公寓前台均告知预留18层或者19层，结果到店给的13层且空调巨响，马桶坏的无法冲水，以理据争才给换房到19层，抽风机又是坏的（后给换了好的），总结：性价比很高，设施老久，服务质量需要提升！中肯的意见，是为了店家的进步！希望贵店高层能尽快改进提升！

W|fi不能使用，订时是写豪华园景房，结果是对着钱大妈饭店间铁棚顶，厅的吸顶灯是坏的，水龙头是坏的，浴室毛巾不齐，只有两条浴巾，没有毛巾，拖鞋的鞋底是烂的，反正是一分钱一分货，好处就是近沙滩，对面5分钟到
