服务极差、不诚信
1、去电两次都说未收到携程订单，致电携程客服投诉经客服经理方确认订单，且第三通电话要求我配合致电携程将单取消并要我骗携程有事不能到店。
2、乱收费，除房费外加收了150元卫生费，61元杂费。
总之，找时间向消委会投诉。
