这次的体验比较不愉快。3月22日预定了4月5日的房间，预定成功，付钱了。没有毛病。我是5日两点多到的酒店，前台告知没有我预定的那个房型，改别的房型可以吗，更改的房型是面积更大，只是低层一点而已。（图2本人预订的房间是楼层8-28层）给我的房间低于8层而且不是那个房型。前台说可以打电话给客服协调。我打了客服电话，告知情况，售后回我电话了一直强调：前台是已经按订单给了无敌海景大床房，楼层是只作参考。最后还挂了我的电话！这是艺龙的服务态度吗？楼层只作参考，那为什么写上去呢？前台还说是因为我到店比较晚没有这个房型了！试问我早就预定好的房间，怎么会没有呢？就算我不到店，我付款了的房间也不能卖给其他客户吧！

厕所：有异味，床：已经压到我六点左右就醒了！洗衣机：我订的房已经是无敌海景三床房！居然没有！除了房间是天然的优势，你还有什么让我留恋！爸妈开心！就行了！
