地理位置：在保利楼盘里面，十分安全。后门就是沙滩，走路2分钟就到，前面是沙滩高尔夫球场，视野开阔。
配套：酒店有免费泳池开放，楼下有休闲餐吧，后花园有沙滩椅，园林风景设计到位。吃饭有免费车接送美食街和酒店，时间大概2分钟。
缺点：酒店开业有几年，设施有些陈旧，可能淡季，厨房餐桌阿姨忘记收拾有油迹。

自驾游的话可以，没开车不太方便。酒店离十里银滩海边很近，但是不能下海，要走到保利皇冠那边花50元租个救生衣才可以下水。沙滩厕所收费5元，冲澡设施基本坏掉，要每人收费10元。如果想游泳的话还是要去大角湾，各方面都会好些。9号10号房间看海景最好，旁边就是侧景。隔壁有工地在施工，叮叮当当的，旁边有个酒吧，晚上有人唱K，放烟花，没休息好，睡眠好爱热闹的请忽略。房间要两点才给办入住，即便有人退房也不能进，带孩子老人十点到店，在外面等到两点。因为过了暑假，人不多，周一餐厅餐厅不开，又懒得出去找只能在前台买泡面。酒店说餐厅承包给个人了，不归酒店管理。酒店服务基本没有。总之，后悔来这边住。
