酒店只有三部电梯能用，可有20多层，600多间房。每次要上下都等等很久。楼面的走道上还有积水，结果小孩滑一跤。进入房间后，发现电源打不开，最后发现是总闸没开，这种错误不该犯的。阳台很大但地上全是沙子，椅子还是坏的，虽然是大床房，但带着一个小孩只能横着睡，浴室的水很小，连身上的沙子都冲不干净。空调的噪音大但制冷能力不行。房间整洁度还行，但感觉这种干净非常低质。海滩每天早上8点后才开门，如果要下海游泳得花25元租赁救生衣，旁边一家酒店却不需要。酒店服务电话基本要打很久才能打通，而且服务能力很弱。就是离海滩近，但返回酒店路上没有冲凉设施洗掉沙子，酒店泳池的水也非常浑浊。总之差评。不适合带小孩子来。
