楼下早餐25一份分，离大海很近，阳台能看，但是现在保利海滩都围起来不让下水，要另外给钱去收费海滩，失望！

跟朋友出去玩，有厨房，煮食需要自己带厨具，有个小冰箱，地下车库停车也很方便，24小时内30元。风景很好，阳台就能看到海，下楼十分钟就能到海边，但是被围闭了，要走远一点才能玩水，总体来说还不错。

卫生做的真的不敢恭维，洗手间镜前台子上数量可观的蟑螂屎。家具尤其是沙发真的不怎么干净。洗手间马桶盖是坏的，洗澡下水返味很厉害。套房很大，阳台超大海景很漂亮。

海陵岛上的十里银滩整整14栋楼都是这种公寓式酒店。但是我们住的房间海景超好。能看日升日落。本来只打算在这里住个一两天，结果溜溜住了一个礼拜。不过价格也是杠杠的。总体来说比较不错，贵毕竟有道理。下海步行5分钟，上来洗澡做饭都不耽误。晚上吹海风，喝喝茶，比较能体会到度假的乐趣。
