旅游旺季人太多，房间也旧了，晚上走廊没灯，电梯无空调，这大热天闷在里面也是呵呵了，周边环境不错，所以给个中评

总体感觉还可以，只是卫生方面不太满意，总有股味道。订的海景房，阳台就是正对海滩，景观很棒！步行去沙滩都是4-5分钟，很方便。海滩可以要沙滩摩托，水上电单车。不过吃方面就比较麻烦，要么景区的价钱很贵，如果想吃海鲜，建议开车去大角湾吃，开车大约15分钟，不远，价钱优惠好多，又可以在船上吃

酒店可以，但周边吃的东西太贵了，一点都不便宜。别以为去农贸市场买会便宜点，那是坑你没商量，如果要吃海鲜，建议还是去沙扒，虽然也是贵，但不会坑那么明显，真的像水鱼一样

没有想象中那么好。在蚂蜂窝看了评论过去的 销售排名三 ，整个那么多栋都是经营公寓的，不明白为什么他们就能排在第三。整个南湾开发得有缺陷 连个泳池都没有。沙滩跟十里银滩比较，就没那么干净！属于无管理地带。只是沙滩长而已。而且公寓前面一大排的别墅群。根本就听不到海浪声。而且晚上唱K的，放鞭炮的 要吵到凌晨两点多。根本没发入睡。去海滩玩的，建议还是不要考虑南湾那边。
