酒店把我的订单弄错没给我留房间然后给我临时更换了酒店和客房，但是家人入住后发现完全和我们预定房间的效果是两回事，第一房间很挤，很小其二配套设施形同虚设。

酒店环境一般，设施比较陈旧，电视很差，702还有蚂蚁，基本上都是旅游团住的，隔音也不好，关键是服务也不行，我孩子的新鞋忘拿了，查房的居然没有看见，第二天打电话过去问就没有了，无语……
