This hotel was really family-friendly, we enjoyed the pool, the climbing wall, seeing the alpaca. The room was excellent, the children's bed was a hit! I was happy to be able to use a washing machine, that is accessible on the second floor.
The breakfast was good, they helped us out with some bread, jam and butter for the kids, and we got coffee for us. The staff was kind and always helpful. We had a great stay here.

The property is perfectly located right before the Xiayu Wharf for the best bamboo rafting starting point, making it perfect also to explore the Yangshuo countryside. There are many scooter rental services around (price ranging from 30 RMB to 50 RMB). Our room was spacious and featured a very comfortable bed. There is a very nice view from the room over the close mountains. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. They kindly help us to find a taxi for our app was not working that time, they also provided advices when contacted. There is a restaurant inside the hotel with many local dishes. The hotel offers close interaction with their Alpaca where you can take photos with it (book at least 1 day in advance the close interaction with the animal). We had an excellent stay!

Nice place in the mountains, close to yulong river.
Bedrooms are quite spacious, comfortable beds and mattresses. There's a kettle but would be nice to provide some coffee and teabags.
There's a small size swimming pool, too hard to tell if the water is clean. We didn't swim.
There's breakfast, chinese breakfast. Average..
Reception is helpful with information of activities and help with booking tickets too.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, always attentive and welcoming. Great spot along the road. Balcony overlooking the road, river and karst mountains was a great place to relax. Upon arrival the front desk service was friendly, helpful and efficient. While we didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, the surrounding food options were delicious, especially the restaurant across the road, set directly next to the river.
The swimming pool is more of a sitting pool. A kid friendly climbing wall is right next to the alpaca den, and was very popular with the families we saw.
Many scooter and scooters +sidecar were available for rent, which you should take advantage of. The next 8km of road upriver, and further, is well worth exploring.

They gave us an upgrade into a big room with balcony, spacious living space and a balcony. They even allow us to do laundry. I love their body wash fragrance its sandalwood my favourite. They owner allow us to checkout late at 1pm and even gave us electric scooter rental for free. They even gave us late breakfast as we woke up late. Front desk reception i think is the owner and she is very friendly and can speak english. Will come back here again for sure.
