酒店外面就是一个小村落比较落后，但一进酒店大门感觉进来一个高级私人会所，古色古香的风格，环境是一流但酒店的隔音差，刚好遇到隔壁房间的人很没用素质很吵简直要乱了这家酒店的清静和高雅，建议来入住的朋友宁愿出多几百块订那个别墅，私隐性和隔音应该比较好，好好享受这里的环境和酒店的高质素服务

整体来说还不错，除了入住时没确认好床型，有点小纠纷，最终圆满结决，服务人员态度都蛮不错的，下次还会在考虑入住

環境清幽，服務態度誠懇，各方面都很好，唯一缺點就是位置較為偏僻，自駕遊就还可以，否則出入都頗為麻煩。

酒店环境和硬件5星标准，服务1星，从来没住过这么小家子气客房服务的5星酒店。所谓的服务好非常表面化和敷衍。我们连住四天，酒店明明有儿童浴衣和拖鞋，看到我们有小朋友四天都没有提供。四天没有换拖鞋，浴衣。我们拖鞋在浴室打湿了，请前台送多两双，就拿来一双。肥皂洗了小朋友内衣只剩薄薄的一点就不添加新的，打电话给前台了也没送。客房补充的咖啡就第一天有放，第四天居然连茶包都不补充了，问客房服务员，她说没有了要去申请，我真是无语。房间有两双塑胶拖鞋，第一天打扫完之后发现只有一双了，我们也没在意，到第四天晚上在床的角落发现了。可见客房服务员做清洁有多敷衍，不是应该每天归位吗？这些细节真是让人如鲠在喉

酒店风景很好，房间面积大，服务员态度好，吃饭酒店中餐厅价格还可以，味道很好。可能房间卖超了，本来定的山景套房给升级了别墅，爽很多，算是惊喜吧。
