酒店外面简直难以置信会出现一间江南水乡式酒店。洒店的服务是到位的，但作为一间高档酒店卫生状况竟然欠佳，我订了两间别墅房，两间的客厅座椅上有血迹，这是一个极其郁闷的问题，希望日后酒店加强一下。细节事情做得不够周到，香薰、音响、水果第一晚没有配备好。

悦榕庄的服务品质是有它的水准。处于漓江边，度假休闲的好去处。离市区较远，出入不便。刚开业，设施还不完善。

周边环境很差，很大一部分客房还在装修中。早餐精致，服务不错。客房很新，很大，很舒适，但水源不好，未净化，有明显沉淀物。
