1.服务态度不好。第一天开房间要求我找他们酒店推荐的导游，听到我已经约定好导游，服务员立刻翻脸，给开了一间空调坏了的空调房。经过多次协商投诉，该酒店在第二天换了房间。当天的世外气温为36度，室内气温为33度，可想而知当晚如何度过。
2.客房服务不到位。房间开了两天，第二天，上午出游，出门前叮嘱要求收拾房间。傍晚回来前台告诉我没有整理让我等等整理好再上楼，天已经黑了
明知道我要求而一整天都不搞，我自认为有意刁难。
