带老人孩子出游，天气不好。孩子高烧，入住了两个小时，怕孩子高烧受不了连夜赶回广州了。想与酒店说以钟点房计费，被拒绝了。赶高铁，所以也没有来得及与同程网沟通。酒店是不错的酒店，因为去年公司活动就安排在这儿。只是觉得特殊情况应该可以调整。
