应该算是阳朔环境最好的酒店了吧，不过房间设施真的很一般，电水壶是塑料的，吹风机也是古董机不好用，马桶冲水时好时坏，电视频道也比较少，床垫舒适度一般，好在早餐还算丰盛。

位置配套没问题，服务很好有礼貌热情周到，不足之处有两个，第一希望增加酒店的班车次数；第二希望在酒店增加户外灭蚊灯，蚊子太多了收获了好多包，房间里根本找不到藏在哪里！所以希望能减少户外的蚊子这样也能减少蚊子进去房间的概率

在客厅地面有水的情况下摔跤了，找前台代买止痛药结果被拒，国庆期间景区内车辆禁行很不方便

酒店在遇龙河边，整体环境不错。房间的设施已经很显旧，卫生感觉一般，尤其地毯。早餐还可以，午餐晚餐上菜速度好慢。交通管制后，进出酒店不方便，入住时在大太阳下推着行李去到换乘点买票，等候坐电瓶车到酒店去。行李箱大的只能放在车椅子上一边扶着。感觉住个豪华酒店咋就这么狼狈。出来还得先打电话，再由电瓶车来接出去。性价比不高！

酒店设施和服务非常棒。可惜的是阳朔景区实行交通管制，出租车和旅游大巴都不允许进入，可怜我夯子夯子背着行李步行45分钟到达酒店；日常出行也非常不便，只能做景区车辆，但是班车实在太少。给景区差评！
